Why doesn't my MakeDisc become a function of Windows Vista Media Center after installation?

MakeDisc is a plug in program of Windows Vista Media Center. To enable this feature, the retail version of MakeDisc is required. OEM versions of MakeDisc may not be fully compatible with Windows Vista Media Center as a plug-in program.
