I cannot print a label onto a LightScribe disc with CyberLink LabelPrint. What can I do?

Issue:

I cannot print a label onto a LightScribe disc with CyberLink LabelPrint.

Cause:

To print a LightScribe label, you need compatible burner and disc.

Solution:

1. Please check that your burner is LightScribe compatible.
2. Please make sure that you are using the "LightScribe" disc for printing labels onto the disc. "LightScribe" discs are marked on the inner ring of the disc.
3. You can also download latest version of LightScribe System Software from the following link:
   http://lightscribesoftware.org/lightscribesystemsoftware/

Note: The print side should be face down in the drive.
