When I play back Blu-ray Discs with PowerDVD, the video or audio is jittery. What can I do?

Issue:

PowerDVD cannot play back Blu-ray disc smoothly.

Cause:

1. Your graphics card driver is too old.
2. It is the PowerDVD program bug.

Solution:

1. Please update your graphics card driver.
2. Please update PowerDVD to the latest version.

If you still face the same issue, please provide the information listed below, and send it to CyberLink Customer Support.

1. The name of Blu-ray disc title and the region.
2. CyberLink BD Advisor log:
   Please get the tool from the following link: https://www.cyberlink.com/prog/bd-support/diagnosis.do and install it, save the detection results.
3. The audio settings under PowerDVD.
   Please provide the setting of Speaker environment and Output mode.

• You can get the setting by below steps.
   Click on the   button to open the settings window, then click Audio tab.
• If you are using AV receiver as audio decoder, please provide the Model name to us.
