Why does my CyberLink mobile app subscription for iOS auto-renew?

App subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by the developers of the app. Subscriptions in Apple App Store renew automatically unless you unsubscribe at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. The same rule applies when a free trial of an app has expired. Uninstalling an app will not cancel the subscription.

If you would like to cancel your PowerDirector Mobile, PhotoDirector Mobile, ActionDirector Mobile, or Promeo subscription, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the device Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
