Some error messages appear during the installation/de-installation of MediaShow Espresso. Why?

Please follow the steps below to uninstall MediaShow Espresso.

1. Remove the MediaShow folder and clean the MediaShow registry.
   • Delete C:\Program Files\CyberLink\MediaShowEspresso folder
   • Delete C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{E3739848-5329-48E3-8D28-5BBD6E8BE384} folder
   • Start > All Programs > Accessories > Run, type “regedit” and click OK to start Registry Editor.
     • Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CyberLink\MediaShow Espresso
     • Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{E3739848-5329-48E3-8D28-5BBD6E8BE384}
     • Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\InstallShield Uninstall Information\{ E3739848-5329-48E3-8D28-5BBD6E8BE384}
     • Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\InstallShield_{E3739848-5329-48E3-8D28-5BBD6E8BE384}
2. Reboot.
