I get a fatal error saying that the install support file could not be installed when I try to install the software.

An error probably occurs when creating the temporary file during installation. Please delete the contents of the TEMP folder. The TEMP folder contains the temporary work files used by various programs. CyberLink products also used this folder when installing software. Please delete the contents of this folder. The TEMP directory is usually under c:\temp
