How do I trim out unwanted portions of video recorded with PowerVCR II?

You can easily trim out unwanted portions of recorded MPEG video files by selecting the Video Trimmer function. Simply move the "S" (Start) and "E" (End) points on the slider bars to leave off the unwanted portions.
