How do I change my U account's e-mail address?
To change your U account's e-mail address, you need to confirm the change via the new e-mail address. To do this:
- Sign in to CyberLink Members zone with your original e-mail address.
- Go to the Change My E-mail Address page.
- Enter your current password and then the new e-mail address (which has not been registered as a U or CyberLink account).
- Click the button Change E-mail Address.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail to your new e-mail address. Open it and then follow the instructions inside to change your e-mail address. After you’ve changed it, close and then relaunch U Messenger or U Webinar to start using the U account with new e-mail address.
