I cannot export my video or animated photo into the H.264 video format in the new versions of CyberLink AudioDirector 13, ColorDirector 11, PhotoDirector 14 on Windows 7 platforms. What can I do?
The H.264 video (decode/encode) feature is now included in the latest versions of the Windows operating system (Windows 8.1* or above). CyberLink AudioDirector 13, ColorDirector 11, PhotoDirector 14, and above versions, and the 365 subscription versions, now use the operating system's technology to support the H.264 video feature (importing/exporting video files that are encoded in the H.264 format).
Windows 7 platforms do not support the H.264 encoding feature. If you encounter the condition that you cannot export your edited project or animated photo into the H.264 MP4 format in the aforementioned programs on Windows 7, you are recommended to upgrade your operating system to the latest version of Windows 11 to get the latest multimedia editing compatibility. Alternatively, you may consider exporting your edited media into the WMV format on the Windows 7 platform.
Note:
* Windows 8.1 does not support producing videos with 4K resolution using the H.264 video format. If you would like to export your edited project or animated photo into an H.264 MP4 video with 4K resolution, you are recommended to upgrade your operating system to the latest version of Windows 11 to get the latest multimedia editing compatibility. Or, you can consider exporting your edited media into the WMV format on the Windows 8.1 platform.
