You may have other third-party writing software or packet-writing software installed on your PC.
Use the Explorer to find the "Windows" folder -> "System" folder -> "Iosubsys" folder -> "Cdr4vsd.vxd" file. (You may have to switch on the "Show hidden files" option in the Folder Options.) Move the file to another location on your hard drive (or onto the Desktop), then try installing InstantBurn 3 again.
InstantBurn may not run properly on a PC with another writing software or packet-writing software installed, so we recommend you uninstall it.
