How do I resolve the error message "Ripping Audio CD failed" when capturing audio CDs?
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Please insert an audio CD into your drive and click the Capture button
- Click "CD capture" to open CD capture function (you may have to wait a few moments as PowerDirector switches devices)
- Select a drive
- Select the track you want to rip
