It seems that PowerCinema is unable to scan all TV channels correctly. How can I resolve this problem?

Before you try to watch TV via PowerCinema, please go through the following steps:

1. Check for compatible TV tuner cards recommended on the PowerCinema 6 product web site.
2. TV tuner cards that are not on the support list or not using the same TV chipset as the recommended TV tuner cards may have compatibility issues.
3. Some TV tuner cards that are bundled with the PowerCinema 6 program may not be listed because of mass customizations of specific builds.
4. Be sure to install the latest driver for the TV tuner card and check to see if it is working properly. You can check its status in Windows Start > Settings > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > Sound, Video and Game Controller. If it is not working properly, please contact the TV tuner vendor for assistance.
5. Update the required programs:
   • DirectX
   • Windows Media Player 9 or above
   • IE 6.0 or above
   • Then install PowerCinema to try again.

If your PowerCinema came bundled with specific hardware device (like notebook or desktop PC), please contact the hardware vendor to get the latest patch or go to Extra or Support within PowerCinema's main menu to check for the patch through the Internet.
When you start PowerCinema the first time, please go through the Setup Wizard to configure the TV signal settings to match the region where you reside. You can also Run Setup Wizard in Settings afterward.
