Firewall or Proxy Ports for U Meeting/Webinar/Messenger
U Messenger/Webinar/Meeting network traffic is encrypted and usually cannot be inspected by a proxy server. As a result of this, a Proxy server may introduce a delay to media streams, causing a negative experience.
If U Messenger/Webinar/Meeting displays the “could not connect to the server” or “the connection to the server was lost” message, it could be related to your network connection or firewall settings.
Assuming you have a regular internet connection, for a better experience with U Meeting/Webinar/Messenger, we strongly recommend that you configure the firewall/proxy server to add the following domain names and ports into the whitelist:

Please also configure your firewall setting so that TCP connections won’t be reset for the above ports and IP/Domains.
Some firewall software may reset connections even if the destination or ports are whitelisted. If the firewall resets its connection, U Meeting or Webinar will be disconnected during the meeting or webinar.
