The error message "File save unsuccessful. Ensure it is not in use in another program, and then try again." displays in CyberLink PhotoDirector. What should I do?
This problem always occurs when you want to save as a new file and is caused when there is not enough disk space or memory.
- First, please check that your photo is not read-only and being used by another program.
- Then make sure your system meets the minimum requirements for the software. (Minimum 2 GB memory and 1 GB of disk space are required)
- Sometimes there may be some problems during the installation. You can try to remove CyberLink PhotoDirector from [Control Panel], restart your system, and then re-install the program again.
If you still can’t resolve the problem, you can contact CyberLink Technical Support. Before contacting Technical Support, please prepare and include the information listed here.
