How many file formats for output I can select when using Export to File of Disc Utilities? Can I keep its original video quality?

The exported file contains the same video resolution as the source file on the disc. Video files will be exported to the same file type as the source files on the disc. i.e. A VOB file (originated from MPEG-2) is exported to a MPEG-2 file. Accordingly, the exported file contains the same file size as the source file on the disc.
