When burning a Blu-ray Disc, a dialogue window popped up with the error code: EB02028E. What does the error code mean?

The error code “EB02028E” indicates that the burning drive does not support Blu-ray Discs . Please be sure to select the correct burning drive for Blu-ray  Disc burning.
If your burning drive supports Blu-ray Disc burning, but somehow failed to do so, please contact CyberLink Customer Support at https://www.cyberlink.com/english/cs/support/form/index.jsp  and include the information below:

1. the brand name and model number of your burning drive.
2. the brand name and model of your Blu-ray Disc.
3. the firmware number of your burning drive.
