What can I do if I hear an echo during a U Meeting?

If you hear an echo during a U Meeting, please check the points below to help eliminate the echo. 

1. Make sure you are running the latest version of U Messenger.
2. Attend or host a meeting in a quiet place.
3. If you are using external speakers, move your microphone at least 20 cm away from the speakers and then reduce the volume.
4. Use a headset or earbuds with a microphone if you use a notebook to host or attend a U Meeting.
