What can I do if I hear an echo or I can't share my PC's audio during a webinar or meeting?

If you hear an echo or you can't share your PC's audio during a webinar or meeting, please try disabling the option "Listen to this device" in the Windows Microphone Properties settings. To disable the setting, please follow the below steps.

  1. Search for the keyword "Manage audio devices" (no quotes) in Windows Search to find "Manage audio devices" function and then click on it to open the Windows Sound settings.
  2. In the Windows Sound settings, switch to the "Recording" tab.
  3. In the "Recording" tab, select a microphone and then click on the "Properties" button.
  4. In the microphone properties settings, switch to the "Listen" tab.
  5. In the "Listen" tab, disable the option "Listen to this device" and then click on "OK" to save the setting.
  6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 for all other microphones in the "Recording" tab.
