How many different DVD-ROM region restrictions are there?
A: The setting on a DVD Drive is usually in one of the following:
- Phase I (no region code restricted) - This type of DVD Drive depends on the software to control the region. PowerCinema will set the default region code based on the first DVD title you play.
- Phase II (with region code restriction) - The region is restricted by the DVD Drive. Please contact your hardware company (DVD Drive manufacturer) about this issue. Since this is hardware restriction, PowerCinema will simply follow the hardware restriction.
