What is DVD+VR and DVD-VR format?

DVD+VR is supported by DVD+RW Alliance and basically followed DVD-Video spec. It allows you to add, edit, partial delete and partial over-write videos on a DVD+R/RW disc

DVD-VR is supported by DVD Forum. It is a new type of DVD Video standard and allows you to add, insert, delete on a DVD-RW disc. But it is menuless.
