My DVD drive disappeared from "My computer" or cannot be used after install Medi@Show program.

Please follow the steps to remove this problem:

1. Right-click on "My computer" then choose the "Properties" option
2. Click on tab "Hardware" then press button "Device Manager"
3. Click on the button "+" in front of DVD\CD-ROM drive to show all DVD drive names
4. Right-click on the unusable DVD drive and then execute "Uninstall" commend
5. Press OK on to confirm device removal
6. Select item of DVD\CD-ROM drive, right-click to execute "scan for hardware changes" to retrieve your DVD drive

In addition, please update patch

program to update your Medi@Show 3's retail and bundled programs.
