Why is the "DV capture" button disabled after connecting my DV camcorder?
This is because you are using a USB wire to make the connection. To enable the DV Capture button, you will need to use an IEEE1394 Firewire to capture video.
CyberLink PowerDirector DV video capture modules utilize the Microsoft Windows driver. It is required that the IEEE1394 capture devices be compliant with the OHCI standard. Please visit the CyberLink web site for the most up-to-date model list as follows.
