Where do I download CyberLink YouCam 365 or change my free Essential edition to the 365 subscription version after I have subscribed?

To download CyberLink YouCam 365*, or change your free Essential edition of YouCam to the 365 subscription version after you paid/subscribed: 

1. Go to the YouCam product page on CyberLink's website
2. Click the FREE DOWNLOAD button to download the free Essential edition installer to install the software.
3. Launch the free Essential edition of YouCam.
4. Sign in to your CyberLink subscription account (the email account you used when purchasing/subscribing to YouCam 365) after the program launches.

The free Essential edition will refresh to the paid/subscribed version of CyberLink YouCam 365 after you have signed in with your CyberLink subscription account.

If the program version does not refresh to the subscribed version after you have subscribed already, please contact CyberLink Customer Support for further assistance.

Note: *To download and install the non-subscription Deluxe edition of YouCam, you are advised to download the paid version installer separately from the download link in your purchase confirmation email. The free Essential edition that you directly downloaded from CyberLink website does NOT support and CANNOT be activated as the paid Deluxe edition. The above step is for YouCam 365 subscribers only.
