CyberLink Director Suite 365 and the related products (PowerDirector 18/365, PhotoDirector 11/365, AudioDirector 10/365, ColorDirector 8/365) no longer support Windows 32-bit platforms.

To incorporate the new multimedia features and better video/photo/audio editing performance, the latest version of CyberLink Director Suite 365 (released Sep. 2019), and the related products: PowerDirector 18/365, PhotoDirector 11/365, AudioDirector 10/365, and ColorDirector 8/365 are only supported on Windows 64-bit OS.

You are advised to install the programs on a Windows 64-bit platform to ensure that the Director Suite software has all the latest editing features and compatibilities.

For 365 subscription version products (Director Suite 365, PowerDirector 365, PhotoDirector 365), although Windows 32-bit OS support has also been ceased in the new Director Suite programs, you can still use the older versions of Director Suite software on a Windows 32-bit platform until your subscription expires.
