What can I do if I forget my password for my CyberLink member account?

Your CyberLink Members Zone account is required when you log in to CyberLink Members Zone to maintain your profile, register data details and purchase products from the CyberLink Online Store.

If you have forgotten your password and can't sign in, click here and then enter the e-mail you registered with when you became a member. Your login password will be sent to the specified e-mail account.

Note:

1. The “Forgot Password” function is available only for registered members. If you don’t have an account yet, please sign up here. 
2. If no email arrives, the address you entered may be incorrect or not registered. Please try again or sign up for a new account.
3. Some anti-spam software or mail server may block our password notification mail. To make sure you receive our emails, please add Help@cyberlink.com to your address book or Safe List. If you didn’t receive the e-mail, please contact us for further assistance.
