Will I be notified when my subscription is about to expire?

Yes. We will send you a message via e-mail before your subscription is set to expire.

• For users who purchase the Monthly subscription plan, the email will be sent 2 days before the expiration date.
• For users who purchase the Annual subscription plan, the e-mails will be sent 30 and 2 days before the expiration date.

 

Note:

• We send the notification email when auto-renewal is turned off, and your subscription will end on the expiration date.
• The notification email will not be sent when your subscription is set to auto-renew.
