Why can't I find my downloaded content packs or effects (video templates, titles, effects, transitions, PiP objects, Particles) after updating CyberLink PowerDirector 365?

In the new versions of CyberLink PowerDirector 365 (released after April 2022), PowerDirector has separated the content pack materials (e.g. video templates, titles, etc..) into new tags/categories according to their characteristics and attributes. If you cannot find the content pack materials downloaded previously, browse through the related categories to find your downloaded templates.
