What is the difference between the Trial and Ultra versions of CyberLink ColorDirector?

Trial version of CyberLink ColorDirector doesn't include the decoder/encoder for the H.264 video format. However, users with Windows 7 or 8, will not have this problem because they can decode/encode H.264 video themselves.

CyberLink ColorDirector will pop up a message to recommend an upgrade if an user doesn't have the H.264 decoder/encoder. The Ultra version includes the H.264 decoder/encoder, which lets you import and produce videos in H.264 format.
