How do I change the language setting of YouPaint?

While in Windows 7 Ultimate or Windows Vista Ultimate OS, YouPaint's language setting is configured in: Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Change display language.

For other editions of Windows 7/Windows Vista and Windows XP, you must reinstall CyberLink YouPaint to change the language. During the installation process, there is a dialogue window that asks for your language preference.
