My Capture is grayed out, I cannot enter capture function.

Please check the following items to fix this problem.

1. Remove sound card driver first. Then visit sound card or computer vendor's website to download and install the latest audio driver. 
2. If you have analog capture device, please check the the capture card compatibility on cyberlink website.
3. To capture video from DV, 1394 connection is required.
   Since capture card, web cam and DV are developing fast and new ones added almost daily, you will need to go to our website "Supported hardware devices for StreamAuthor" for the latest of supported burners.
