Why can’t I share PowerPoint documents in YouCam?

Microsoft PowerPoint files with the extension PPTX are not supported in the IM sharing mode if Microsoft Office 2007 is not installed on your system. However, if you are using Microsoft Office 2002/2003, you can install a converter from Microsoft to view these files in the IM sharing mode.

You can’t import PPT/PPTX files under Create Presentation if your OS installed Microsoft Office 2010 Trial version. But if Microsoft Office 2010 you installed is Standard version, you are able to import PPT/PPTX files.
