Why am I unable to find my external (or removable) drive in PowerBackup?

External, removable and external mass storage devices are regarded as hard disc drives. Please make sure the drive is able to be accessed in Windows Explorer. When you backup to the external (or internal drive), just click on "Browse" button to change the destination drive and folder.
