I can't view anything on published content with screen capture clip. My PC memory is 128MB.

The system requirement for SA3.x's is minimum 256MB RAM. If you use a computer with only 128MB, we cannot ensure the quality. With only 128MB you may try to uncheck "Use original profile of Screen Capture", or updating you RAM to 256MB.
