I cannot print a label onto a lightScribe disc with LablePrint. What can I do?

Please make sure that your are using the "lightScribe" disc for printing labels onto the disc. "lightScribe" discs are marked on the inner ring of the disc. You should also update to the latest firmware for your burner. Please contact the manufacturer for additional technical support.

Note: The print side should be face down in the drive.
