When watching videos on YouTube, I cannot load the video into the CyberLink TrueTheater Enhancer player.
Cause:
There are two possible scenarios of this issue.
Scenario 1:
CyberLink TrueTheater Enhancer does not support your current browser.
Scenario 2:
Your version of Internet Explorer is too old.
Solution:
For scenario 1:
CyberLink TrueTheater Enhancer only supports Internet Explorer 7/8. To use CyberLink VideoEnhancer, you must watch YouTube videos within Internet Explorer 7/8.
For scenario 2:
Update to the latest Microsoft latest patch files. Click here to connect Microsoft Windows Update website.
If you still face the same issue, please gather the information listed below, and send it to CyberLink Customer Support.
- Dxdiag.txt.
- A screen shot of the error message.
- The URL of YouTube Video.

- The steps to capture the screen shot.
(1) Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard when the error appears on your screen.
(2) Click on Start -> Programs-> Accessories-> Paint.
(3) Paste the screen capture there by pressing Ctrl+V
(4) Save the file with the extension name .jpg and send to CyberLink Support for analysis. - The steps to create the DxDiag.txt
(1) For Windows Vista:
Start -> All Programs -> Accessories ->Run
For Windows XP:
Start -> Run
(2) Type in DXDIAG and press Enter or click OK, this will open the DirectX diagnostic tool.
(3) Click on the Save All Information Button (save this file to your windows desktop and name it dxdiag).
