How do I cancel or re-activate my U Meeting, U Webinar or U Cloud subscription?

CyberLink offers a 30 day money back guarantee for subscription orders. You are allowed to request a full refund within 30 days after your purchase date. To cancel the order and receive a refund, please send an email. After 30 days from the purchase date, the subscription cannot be returned.

Your U Meeting, U Webinar or U Cloud subscription will remain active until you stop the subscription, but you can continue to use it until the end of your last paid subscription period.
