What is the Blend Effect in CyberLink PowerDirector 15?

In the Blending Effect Designer you can blend a selected clip with an image preset or template to create a unique looking effect in your video. To access the Blending Effect Designer, select a media clip on the timeline and then select Tools > Blending Effect.
