PowerDVD displays the error message "Incompatible graphics driver. Please use default driver for playback." when using AMD Graphics Processor.

Issue 1

When three monitors are connected to a computer with AMD Eyefinity enabled, PowerDVD displays the error message "Incompatible graphics driver. Please use default driver for playback".

Solution
Make sure Windows Aero is enabled and try playing the Blu-ray Disc again.

Steps for enabling Windows Aero:
1. Type "aero" in the search bar in the Start menu.
2. Click "Find and fix problems with transparency and other visual effects".
3. Click "Next Step" to enable Windows Aero.

Issue 2

When Hyper-V virtual machine is enabled on a computer running Windows 8 with an AMD graphic card, PowerDVD displays the error message "Incompatible graphics driver. Please use default driver for playback".

Solution
Make sure Hyper-V is unchecked in Windows 8 and try playing the Blu-ray Disc again.

Steps for disabling Hyper-V in Windows 8:
1. Go to All apps by pressing the Windows key + Q on your keyboard.
2. Select Control Panel.
3. Select Programs.
4. Click Turn Windows features on or off.
5. Uncheck Hyper-V to disable it.
