Why does my CyberLink mobile app subscription for Android auto-renew?

App subscriptions are managed by Google, not by the developers of the app. Subscriptions in Google Play renew automatically unless you unsubscribe at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. The same rule applies when a free trial of an app has expired. Uninstalling an app will not cancel the subscription.

If you would like to cancel your PowerDirector Mobile, PhotoDirector Mobile, ActionDirector Mobile, or Promeo subscription, please follow the steps below:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. Tap Menu and then Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.
