I would like to import photo/video files from my hard drive. But I received the message “All of the media was imported.” Why?

MediaShow4.0/5.0 keeps track of all the video/photo files you’ve ever imported. The problem may be that you have imported these files into MediaShow 4.0/5.0 before. Try disabling Exclude duplicates.
