How do I use the AI Product Video Shoots feature in CyberLink Promeo?
The AI Product Video Shoots feature, released after Mar 2025, uses AI technology to generate short videos from images.
To use the feature, do this:
- In the Promeo homepage, select AI Product Video Shoots.
- Import an image and enter a prompt to generate the video you want.
- Select Standard (720p) or Pro (1080p) mode. The credit consumption differs depending on the mode you select.
- Select the duration (5 or 10 seconds) of the generated video.
- Click Generate to start the generation process. The feature consumes credits for each video generation1. The longer the generated video is, the longer the generation process takes.
- After the generation process is complete, you can find the generated video2 in the AI Product Video Shoots window > My Creations3. Generated video format: H.264, 24fps, MP4.
- Preview, delete or download the video to the local hard drive and your design if needed.
- AI Product Video Shoots is a credit-based feature. It consumes credits for video generation. Re-generation also consumes credits. If your current credits are insufficient, you can click the Get Credits button in the feature window to purchase additional credits.
- For videos that are edited or generated with AI related features, they belong to users. For more details, please refer to "What can I do and not do with the works produced with PowerDirector, PhotoDirector and Promeo? Can I use the works for commercial purpose?" in the related articles section.
- Generated videos are stored on CyberLink servers for 30 days. After 30 days, it will be permanently deleted from our servers and your Promeo program. We suggest you save it to your hard drive first.
