How do I use the AI Music Generator feature to generate music materials in CyberLink PowerDirector 365?
PowerDirector 365 (version released after Nov. 2024) supports the AI Music Generator feature for you to generate music.
To use the feature, do this:
- Go to the Audio room, and then click AI Music Generator to open the feature window.
- In the AI Music Generator window, you can select one or several Genres (e.g., Pop, Acoustic), Moods (e.g., Happy, Angry), and Themes (e.g., Comedy, Travel) of the music you want to create.
- Adjust the tempo (bpm, beats per minute), intensity (the energy or vibrancy of music), and length of the generated music. The length of the generated music ranges from 10 seconds to 5 minutes 1.
- Click Generate to start the generation process. The feature consumes credits per music generation 2. You can generate up to 6 music files at one time. The more music to be generated, the longer the generation process takes.
- After the generation process is complete, you can find the generated music 3 in the AI Music Generator window 4. Preview, delete, and add the music to the timeline or the audio library if needed.
Note:
- The actual length of the generated music may be a plus or minus of a few seconds different from the original length settings.
- AI Music Generator is a credit-based feature. It consumes credits for the music generation. Re-generation also consumes credits. If your current credits are insufficient, you can click the Get Credits button in the feature window to purchase additional credits.
- For music that is edited or generated with AI-related features, the exported edited music belongs to the user. For more details, please refer to "What can I do and not do with the works produced with PowerDirector, PhotoDirector, and Promeo? Can I use the works for commercial purposes?" in the related articles section.
- The generated music is stored on CyberLink servers for 7 days. After 7 days, it will be permanently deleted from our servers and the AI Music Generator window. We suggest you save it to your hard drive first.
